Description :
Responds to customer inquiries and needs in a timely manner. Processes customer trip request, route openings, insertions, extensions and issue resolutions Uses computer system to retrieve scheduled information and assign drivers daily routes/schedule Completes a variety of daily reports and clerical duties Ensure that all route information is up to date and resolve scheduling problems to ensure that all routes are covered. Monitor schedules and manage employee time cards daily for payroll Able to handle phones & two way radios Able to use routing software Starting pay between $13 per hour Requirements Must be computer literate Prior transportation dispatch experience preferred Must have a strong geographical knowledge of the area Ability to multitask Have the ability to work under stressful situations
