Description :
Coordinate office activities, meetings and work proficiently with off-shore location and external contractors/customers. Computer Literate Answer phones, process mail, track sales, money receipts and process expenses. Coordinate all office activities including cash/ credit handling, accounts management, and data input into the POS system. Process in-person, phone and web sales. Aid in selling company’s products & services by explaining their benefits to customers and answering questions. Ensure no unwanted visitors or friends are allowed into premises or office Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify tenant needs, and resolve tenant’s inclusive issues in conjunction with Realtor and appropriate contractors. Monitor property, coordinate activities with tenants and Realtor Ensure Ring and CCTV are operational and turned on 24/7 Supervise the cleaners to Ensure a clean environment and healthy environment in the office, toilets and the whole property surroundings Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Must be able to learn new tools Record all visitors in the visitor log Must be trainable on company’s custom applications and POS Minimum of OND degree.
